Cancellation & Refund Policy

At VOID Pilates, we understand that schedules change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Class Cancellations
We ask that you cancel your class reservation at least 12 hours before class start time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, or failure to attend without cancelling (no-show), will result in the loss of that class credit from your package or a charge to your account if you are on a membership.
Drop-In Classes
Drop-in class purchases are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 12 hours before class start time, your credit will be returned to your account for future use.
Class Packages
Class packages are non-refundable after purchase. Class credits expire 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at the time of sale. Package credits are non-transferable.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships are subject to a 6-month minimum commitment. After the commitment period, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable. Memberships may be frozen for up to one month per year for medical reasons with documentation.
Studio Cancellations
If VOID Pilates cancels a class, registered clients will receive a full class credit returned to their account. We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., instructor illness, facility issues, natural disasters).
Retail Products
All retail sales are final. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.
How to Cancel
To cancel a class reservation, log in to your account on our website or contact us at milena@voidpilates.com. Cancellation requests must be received before the deadline to be eligible for a credit.
