What does the six-month rate lock mean?
The listed price is our best rate, locked in when you commit to six months — billed monthly, and after six months you continue month-to-month at the same rate or cancel anytime. Prefer no commitment? Every plan is also available month-to-month at the standard rate, cancel anytime.
Can I switch plans mid-commitment?
Yes! You can upgrade from Essential to Unlimited at any point during your commitment. Contact us to make the switch.
What does "one use per day" mean?
Unlimited members can attend one class per calendar day, every day of the month. This lets you build a daily movement practice.
How do sauna sessions work with my membership?
Essential members receive 1 complimentary 30-minute sauna session per month. Unlimited members receive 4. Additional sessions can be purchased for $30 each.
