Welcome to VOID Pilates. By accessing or using our website (www.voidpilates.com), making a purchase, or booking a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Services
VOID Pilates offers in-person Pilates classes in Redondo Beach, CA. We offer drop-in classes, class packages, monthly memberships, and retail products through our website.
3. Accounts and Bookings
You may be required to create an account to book classes or make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Class bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes with reasonable notice.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made through our Site. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change.
5. Auto-Renewal and Subscription Terms
Monthly memberships automatically renew each month on your billing date until cancelled. By purchasing a monthly membership, you agree to a 6-month minimum commitment period. You may not cancel your membership before the end of the 6-month commitment period without incurring an early termination fee. After the 6-month commitment period, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing date.
NOTICE REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA LAW: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. The recurring charge amount and frequency are disclosed at checkout. You may cancel by contacting us at the email below before your next renewal date.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Retail Products
All retail sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you have received a damaged or incorrect item.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in Pilates and physical fitness activities involves inherent risks of injury. By booking a class, you acknowledge these risks and agree to our Liability Waiver. Please see our Liability Waiver page for full terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of VOID Pilates and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOID Pilates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
